1:press window+R or open the command prompt then type command msconfig in it.

2:one window is open then click on the boot tab.in the tab you will see one box labelled as Timeout.and its default value is 30.this value indicate the time it
wait before the boot.change this default value to any value like 3,5 etc this value
must be more than 3.

3:regularly use antivirus and scan computer daily to overcome any trouble due to

4.delete temporary files from your computer to do that type "%temp%" in the run dialog box.and delete all the files under this folder.

7:another ways to speed up window startup is delete the files from c:/windows/perfetch folder.after deletion of the prefetch files their is need to change the
registry values associated with the prefetch.
to open that go to registry editor by typing regedit.exe in the run window
then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters
and change the key values like
0 - Disabled : The prefetch system is turned off.

1 - Application : The prefetch only caches applications.

2 - Boot : The prefetch only caches boot system files.

3 - All : The prefetch caches boot, and application files.
